David is a highly experience corporate financier with over 20 years of experience advising publicly listed companies, private companies and private equity funds on a range of strategic mandates, M&A and capital raising transactions in Europe, the US and Asia.

David worked with JP Morgan as key member of the Telecom, Media and Technology team and Standard Chartered Bank where he headed the European M&A team.

Since 2019 he has undertaken a number of advisory assignments and transactions, predominantly for private growth companies, in his own capacity and in partnership with ReachX and other partners.

David is a European modern languages graduate, fluent in French and Italian, and an FCA Approved Person.

John was previously the Chief Product Officer at ReachX and now sits on the Advisory Board.

He is a skilled Product leader with over 20 years experience, he has held senior roles at Amazon, TripAdvisor, and Moneysupermarket Group as well as Executive Board and advisory roles.

John holds two science degrees from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School, he's also a certified implementer of the ISO27001 Information Security standard and a qualified user and manager of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Olivier is CTO of ReachX and in charge of building and improving the tech powering ReachX's platform. Prior to co-founding ReachX, Olivier has been involved in a wide variety of new ventures in the online space. He led the team that built Ocado award winning e-commerce platform, driving both the product and technology roadmaps. He then co-founded several startups within the online retail, data analytics and fintech sectors including Emolument.com, FundingXchange.co.uk and showcasebeauty.com. Olivier graduated from Stanford University with a BS and a MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Matthieu is Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for ReachX sales and client business development. Prior to ReachX, Matthieu was head of business development at Poincare Capital, a Hong-Kong based investment manager. Matthieu spent over 20 years in Fixed Income Credit Sales at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch covering a wide range of products (cash and derivatives) and regions (developed and emerging markets). Matthieu earned a BA from NEOMA Business School and received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in the credit markets, including 17 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was involved in some of the biggest leveraged finance deals in Europe, as well as restructuring and workout. Nicholas has extensive experience of European mid-market credit transactions, including origination, structuring and syndication, and has worked with many of Europe's leading mid-market credit and PE funds.

Ash is the Head of Recruitment at ReachX and is responsible for implementing global sourcing strategies, to grow our network of specialist Independent Advisors. Ash has 10 years Specialist Recruitment experience and spent 5 years working as a Senior Consultant for Adecco Group recruiting for clients within: Fintech, Banking and Finance sectors. In 2016 he began working on early stage Blockchain Fintech projects as an Advisor and later spent 2 years as a Sourcing Consultant for a major UK Investments firm. He graduated from SHU Business School and is a CIPD Level 5 Associate.

Anthony is ReachX's head of engineering, responsible for building the platform's new features and guaranteeing the highest quality in its codebase. After starting his career in software research and teaching, Anthony spent more than 10 years as a full stack developer, working with early stage start-ups, agencies and established companies. Anthony holds a Masters degree in Engineering from ESIEA.
