Live Project: Strategy Consultant – Due Diligence of a German Furniture Manufacturer - remote project

Independent Consultant to support the due diligence of a live deal transaction in the furniture manufacturing industry in Germany.

This is a 2-4 week consulting assignment which can be conducted remotely.

Key deliverables of the assignment include:  

Operational and Commercial due diligence in the furniture manufacturing industry in Germany

Requested experience in the sector with operational understanding (B2B bedroom, storage & Office furniture)

Experience with due diligence, operations

Key experience required for this assignment includes: 

- Due diligence experience from top consulting firms

- operational understanding of any of the following sectors: building materials OR furniture manufacturing sectors in Germany

- Fluent German speaking

The role can be conducted remotely and there may be some opportunities to visit the client sites. The successful advisors will be offered highly competitive day rates.
