ReachX are actively sourcing for 2 Independent Strategy Consultants to support the due diligence of a live deal transaction within the consumer food business (chilled convenience business in Austria).
The timeline for the project will be 3 weeks and can operate on a flexible schedule based on the successful consultant’s availability.
The live deal is the acquisition of a chilled convenience business in Austria valued at circa €90M.
Essential experience required for this project:
- Strategic Consulting and due diligence experience from top firms
- Experience in the consumer food sector
- German speaking
We are looking for Advisors who have between 5-15 years experience.
