Interim Consultant to support the due diligence of a deal transaction in Germany. (Data Modelling)

Interim Consultant to support the due diligence of a live deal transaction in the manufacturing industry in Germany.

This is a 2-4 week consulting assignment which can be conducted remotely but in Germany. The successful advisor will be working as part of a wider team and will be supporting with the excel and data modelling associated with the deal.

Key experience required for this assignment includes: 

- Due diligence experience from top consulting firms

- experience with data modelling and working as part of a wider team

- Ability to speak German speaking

The role can be conducted remotely and there may be some opportunities to visit the client sites. The successful advisors will be offered highly competitive day rates. Sector experience is not essential however candidates must have previous excel modelling and due diligence experience from top consulting firm or firms and speak German. You will be asked to provide a list of previous DD and any data modelling or presentations you have been invovled with previous as part of a work sample (we will not need sensitive information).
