ReachX has received an enquiry for a Senior M&A Advisor with Emerging Markets & eCommerce experience

Summary

ReachX is supporting with a sell-side mandate for an internationally recognised E-commerce SaaS (Software As A Service). The company is UK based and is now looking for a UK based Interim M&A Advisor who can provide advisory support on dual track $5M equity fundraise (last transaction in Q2 2021 was at a post money valuation of circa $50M) and potential sale of the company,

The project can be remotely, working from home or based with the client in London/SF. The key deliverables of the role:

  • Identifying and introducting potential strategic or financial investors
  • Preparing all transaction documentation (marketing materials, list of investors)
  • Negotiation and execution of the transaction
  • Communicating with C Level business stakeholders

Experience needed:

  • Previous Corporate Finance and/or M&A experience from a top bank or consulting firm
  • Experience with Ecommerce, SaaS 
  • Exposure to Emerging Markets

For this project all candidates must be operating as an independent consultant.

The role can be based remote but based in the UK.
