Your Mission:
Partner with our executive team to craft a robust strategy for the sale.
Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate the fund manager’s market position.
Drive the entire sales process, from structuring the deal to negotiating terms and finalizing the stake sale.
Offer strategic financial insights and recommendations to maximize the value of the transaction.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices in the investment fund sector.
We Need You to Have:
A strong background in Corporate Finance, with a preference for experience in the alternative investment fund space.
A successful history of managing significant financial transactions, particularly in the sale of company stakes.
Expertise in the European investment market, with a keen understanding of current trends and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
