Role:
This role is to help a Leading DeFi Platform based in London setup their HR function. The succesful candidate will lead and deliver the People Plan globally (80 employees in London and NY) to support the overall business vision, mission and strategic goals across all the functions except Talent Acquisition
Experienced required
- Experience in a Head of People/Head of HR role with exposure to Reward, Resourcing, L&D and Business Partnering
- Experience of global people processes and exposure to alternative cultures and employment practices (US, Europe, Asia) would be a real advantage
- Strong leadership skills, you’ll have led teams across multiple People disciplines, ideally with experience of managing remotely
- Experience and gravitas to partner, challenge, and guide leadership teams; you’ll be used to working with senior leaders (including C-level) across the business
- A pragmatic style with the ability to grasp complex issues and recommend and deliver solutions
Location: London (Notting Hill / 3 days per week in the office min)
Timing: Start Immediately
Compensation: £800-950 per day
