Our client is a leading ESG advisory boutique that partners with founders, investors, and corporate leaders to integrate sustainability into their core business strategies. They operate as a trusted advisor and dealmaker, with a specific focus on regulatory alignment and commercial integrity within private markets and diverse global industries. They are currently seeking high-caliber ReachX advisors to drive customer success by helping clients navigate complex ESG landscapes.

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant with deep expertise in corporate disclosures and cross-industry assessments. This role is highly technical and client-facing, requiring advisors who can translate complex climate data into actionable strategic insights. A key component of this role involves utilizing the client's proprietary technology system to support and scale client engagements .

Key Responsibilities

The advisor will drive customer success by managing end-to-end implementation of our client's ESG solutions for a diverse client portfolio:

• Multi-Framework Reporting: Lead preparation and review of corporate disclosures across global ESG frameworks (SFDR, CSRD, MiFID II), ensuring seamless integration with our client's platform.​

• Technical Assessments: Conduct GHG calculations (Scopes 1-3), climate scenario planning, and sustainability assessments using our client's proprietary tools to deliver actionable client insights.

• Customer Success & Solution Deployment: Serve as the primary success partner, installing and optimizing  advisory solutions—configuring data flows, training client teams, and monitoring adoption for measurable ESG outcomes.

• Strategic Advisory: Translate platform-generated sustainability data into C-suite-ready financial models and implementation roadmaps that drive commercial value.

Essential Skills & Experience

• ESG Expertise: 10-15+ years in corporate disclosures, multi-framework reporting (SFDR/CSRD), GHG accounting (Scopes 1-3), and scenario analysis.​

• Technical Proficiency: Proven GHG calculations and climate scenario modeling experience.

• Language Advantage: Japanese or Chinese Mandarin fluency highly preferred.

• Tech-Savvy: Experienced with ESG software platforms for data management and client delivery.

• Strategic Execution: C-suite advisory combining thought leadership with hands-on implementation across industries.
