ReachX is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial FIG sales professional to lead the global issuance of a new structured note for one of our clients.

Our client is a financing solutions advisory and platform management company, enabling financial institutions to meet growing demands for financing, current and contingent liquidity, collateral, and capital in a more scalable and efficient manner.

The AAA rated note is a secured collateral/cash alternative and will appeal to insurers, pension funds, clearing houses and bank treasury teams managing large cash positions.

The role is interim but is expected to become full time and successful candidates will be well positioned to lead the build out of a global sales team.

The role is expected to last 2-3 months initially and will be remote. Hours are completely flexible.

Candidates should have previous experience with:

  • FIG sales to banks, insurance companies and/or clearing houses

Desirable experience includes:

  • Structured money market instruments
  • Sec lending or repo market

Compensation will be directly linked to sales results and with cash or equity alternatives. Notes will be issued quarterly, with the programme increasing each time.
