Role Overview
We are seeking an AI-Native Education Expert and Strategic Advisor to lead the development and implementation of the company’s AI-driven course design and delivery strategy.
A key focus is to ensure students remain engaged with the platform’s unique value, rather than turning to generic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to define the future platform vision.
Establish best practices for embedding generative AI and intelligent agents into curriculum design, automated content creation, adaptive learning paths, and real-time feedback.
Develop product frameworks and strategic advantages to prevent learners from bypassing the platform for generic AI models.
Create hybrid human and AI tutoring models that scale personalized support, enhance learning outcomes, and uphold academic integrity.
Assess, select, and oversee the integration of advanced EdTech AI frameworks, agent workflows, and LLM orchestration into the existing technology stack.
Advise C-suite and board members on AI EdTech trends, competitive risks, and key digital transformation milestones.
Essential Skills and Experience
AI-Native Education Expertise: Extensive experience building, scaling, or advising on AI-powered educational technology, adaptive learning platforms, or LLM-based tutoring tools.
EdTech Product & Defense Strategy: Demonstrated ability to evaluate platform value and design commercial strategies that protect against disintermediation.
Higher Education & Tutoring Background: Strong understanding of university-level pedagogy, course design, assessment, and high-touch tutoring.
Technological & Pedagogical Fluency: Ability to connect machine learning capabilities (such as prompts, fine-tuning, RAG, and agents) with cognitive science and instructional design.
Leadership & Advisory Experience: Proven record as a C-level advisor, founder, or product leader in fast-growing EdTech or academic organizations.
