Senior Sustainability Consultant (Climate Resilience & Supply Chain) - Japanese Fluency required

Operating as a trusted partner across both public and private markets, they specialize in helping organizations achieve regulatory alignment while strengthening resilience through robust climate analytics, supply chain visibility, and high quality environmental disclosures. They are now seeking high caliber ReachX advisors to help clients navigate increasingly complex climate related requirements and expectations.

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant with deep technical expertise in GHG emissions accounting, climate scenario analysis, and cross industry environmental assessments. This role is analytical, requiring an advisor who can translate technical climate data into strategic risk insights.

Key Responsibilities

•     Climate Scenario Analysis & Technical Assessments

Conduct rigorous scenario based climate risk and opportunity modelling (e.g., transition pathways, physical risk stress tests) and deliver cross industry assessments informed by advanced analytics.

•     Supply-Chain Diligence & Value Chain Engagement

Perform in depth supply chain environmental diligence—including value chain emissions mapping, supplier screening, risk scoring, and data verification workflows—to support regulatory compliance and commercial risk mitigation.

Essential Skills & Experience

•     Expertise: 5+ years in GHG accounting (Scopes 1-3), and climate scenario analysis.

•     Language Advantage: Japanese fluency is preferred.

•     Tech-Savvy: Experienced with ESG software platforms for data management and client delivery.
